On 16 September NEMOs submitted a proposal for amendments to the Harmonized Minimum and Maximum Clearing Price methodologies for SDAC and SIDC (HMMCP).  After NEMOs submission it was identified a need to elaborate and clarify to stakeholders the proposal from NEMOs.  Therefore NEMOs now provide an Explanatory note to the NEMOs´ proposal of the amendment of the HMMCP methodologies click here.  This note was not part of the submission to ACER, it was written in October 2022 with the aim of giving additional explanations to Stakeholders.
